PRODUCT INFORMATION There are some Special Products and Models that we do not service such as Bread Makers, Phones, Cable Boxes, DSS Receivers, etc. Manufacturers most often want these products and Special Models sent back to the factory for service or exchange. Please call or E-Mail Video Tech Center so we can check on your Product or Model service availability before shipping or driving to a VTC Service Center location. IN WARRANTY REPAIRS ... Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required for all in warranty repairs. If you are not sure of your products coverage, please e-mail or call us with your model number and date of purchase. If you have lost your receipt, please contact your manufacturer for a proof of purchase letter if the selling dealer cannot furnish a copy for you. ALL BRANDS SERVICE ... All Brands not listed above are serviced on an out of warranty basis unless covered by a Service Contract that we honor. Just give us a call. SPECIAL NOTES SEARS ... Video Tech Center can not service products purchased from SEARS during the Manufacturers Warranty period. All Products sold by SEARS under the OEM warranty must be returned to SEARS for service. There are special exceptions. PLEASE call VTC before shipping or coming in for service. Let us know that you purchased your product from SEARS.
